Choose a custom SMS number to receive customer replies. Phone calls made to the number will forward to your business line.
Step By Step Guide
1) Navigate to the addons section, the link is located in the top navigation.
2) Next, click on Virtual SMS Number.
3) Now enter a local area code and click the button labeled show available numbers. If you hit the button again, it will display more options. Click the purchase button to complete the transaction.
4) You're all set! Now your customers can reply to outgoing SMS notifications. All interactions will occur through the Server Bull chat feature located in the FixerPro App and the web portal.
