Follow the step by step instructions below to add a new technician.

How do I purchase an additional user license?

Our Subscription plans come with one user. If you would like to add additional users, click on the More icon located in the top navigation bar, then click settings, then add/remove users. You must purchase a user license before adding an additional technician.

Add a new technician

1) First access the technician’s page by clicking on the “More” option located in the top navigation bar, then choose “technicians” from the drop-down menu. 

2) You can add new technicians by clicking on the “New technician” button in the upper right corner of the page.

3) Fill in their personal information — name, email address, cell number, SSN number (optional), and, Driver's license number (optional). Next, you can upload a profile pic (optional) and assign them an technician color.

4) Next, fill in the technician's address.

4) Choose a role that best fits your technician's duties.

The box on the bottom right corner of the page will allow you to choose the roles and permissions of your technicians.

1. Office staff

The office staff has the following permissions. You can add or remove any of these permissions from an technician at any time.

  • Manage Visits, Estimates, Jobs, Schedules, Invoices, Payments, Customers.
  • Manage Team Members Visits and Jobs.
  • Manage Settings
  • Manage Campaigns

2. Field workers

A field worker has the following Permissions. You can edit these permissions too.

  • Manage Visits, Estimates, Jobs, Schedules, Invoices, Payments, and Customers.
  • Manage Team of Visit/Job.

3. Admin

Admin is the most important technician position. You can give your office staff or field worker the status of an admin as well. To do this, select the option of admin along with the other role. The following are the permissions of an admin. You can edit them according to your demand.

  • Manage Settings
  • Manage Reports
  • Manage Campaigns
  • Manage Dashboard
  • Manage Technicians
  • Tracking of Technicians

After adding all the information you can save it by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom right corner of the page.

 
Attachments & notes

Store important technician documents for future reference. Example: Job application, identification, tax information, etc. You can access the attachment section by clicking on the attachment tab located in the upper right corner.
