You can lock out an technician by simply changing their password. Once the password is changed the system will automatically log them out.
Step By Step Guide
1) First, click the more icon located in the top navigation bar, then select technicians from the menu.
2) Next, click the three dots on the far right side of the technician name, then select Change password.
3) A new window will open. Now, create a new password and save your changes.
