This section will cover how to change an technician password. You can only change passwords through the web portal.
There are a few things you should know first. Field techs only have access to the mobile app. Admins have access to both the mobile app and the web portal, and office staff only have access to the web portal.
Step By Step Guide
1) First, login into the web portal using a computer or laptop, then click the more icon located in the top navigation bar, then select technicians from the menu.
2) Next, click the three dots on the far right side of the technician name, then select Change password.
3) A new window will open. Now, create a new password and save your changes. Keep in mind the technician email address is their username.
