Step By Step Guide
1) Navigate to the visits section by clicking my work located in the top navigation bar, then choose visits from the menu.
2) Now you're in the visit section. Search and locate the visit you intent to cancel, then click on the three dots located to the far right. Next, choose the Edit option from the menu.
3) Next, click on the Actions button located in the upper right corner of the page, then chose Cancel from the menu. Keep in mind, you can always go back undo a canceled visit.
4) Next, a pop-up box will open to confirm your selection. Click on “Yes” to complete the task.
4) Next, save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
